Located in the heart of the city, getting across to the harbour can be a little confusing, however, the location is still ideal to explore too many attractions including the Maritime Museum. The staff is friendly and efficient, the bar and restaurant offer a great range of food and drink options. The rooms are well-equipped, making the stay comfortable and relaxed.
Some guests may find it a bit pricier compared to nearby hotels.

We loved the hotel's excellent location, close to all the attractions in this city, including the iconic landmarks. It was also situated near light rail stations, made transportation easy. The staff was friendly, always responding to our requests and providing helpful information about the area. the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, while the beds were particularly comfortable for a restful night's sleep.

The hotel's location was fantastic, with easy access to key venues and attractions. It was only a short walk away from the conference center and there were plenty of nearby food options. The staff was friendly and helpful, addressing noise issues promptly and professionally.
It would be better if they could find a way to accommodate more guests during these busy periods.

Great location close to major attractions. Room lighting was good and bed was comfortable. The bathroom was small but had a great shower and excellent towels. We were also impressed by the friendly and helpful staff.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Darling Harbour. The location was absolutely amazing, right in the center of Sydney with a stunning view of Darling Harbour. The staff were friendly and attentive, and I even got an upgrade to a room with a fantastic harbor view. I couldn't have asked for more!
